• We will come back to you with an estimate of how long it will take to make your document submission ready. We charge £30 per hour for proof reading and copy editing.  For a quote, we will need to see the document.
• We check for:
  • spelling and punctuation errors;
  • grammatical gaffes;
  • consistency;
  • verbosity;
  • repetition;
  • clarity; and
  • sentence flow.
• We also provide helpful comments for suggested revisions that will improve the quality of your writing.
• We will contact you by email if we really cannot decipher your meaning.
• We track all our amendments in Track Changes.
• We electronically return your corrected document within the agreed timescale.
